Summary
Provide consistent high quality food and beverage services to all guests dining in Cache Creek Casino Resort’s fine dining steak and seafood restaurant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a courteous and professional manner.
Effectively practice C² Steak and Seafood House’s sequence of service standards and dining room procedures.
Communicate with front and back-of-house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Process guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis.
Articulate specific menu items to guest on how items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Maintain Sterling Silver flatware.
Present tray and cart service.
Up sale wine lists and present decant wine.
Practice all Sanitation Standards and TIPS alcohol awareness policies and procedures.
Participate in all company approved training classes.
Practice safety and training at all times.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Experience and/or Education
Minimum of one or two years experience in a high volume, full service, ala carte dining restaurant featuring alcoholic beverages. Previous fine dining experience and wine knowledge is required. Must be able to work under pressure and with a team, and have intermediate knowledge of sequence of service and dining room procedure, generally involving minimum of one year as a server.
Age Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
