Prep Crew
We are in search of success driven crew members to come join an industry leader. Your major responsibilities will include is to prepare food items for service, following Hawkers Asian Street Fare restaurant procedures. These tasks include (but are not limited to) the preparation of salads, dressings, garnishing, side dishes, soups and main ingredients. The Prep Cook will operate automated food prep and cleaning equipment while maintaining sanitary conditions throughout his/her workspace and the kitchen.
The Prep Cook works with all levels of management and staff within the restaurant. Additionally, although rare, positive professional contact with customers is required to provide an exceptional guest experience.
