Required Skills / Experience : Successful candidate must have the ability to provide and maintain high quality standards and procedures when preparing all banquets food. Providing assistance to banquet sous chef; preparing and presenting hot food for banquets; assisting in the set up and preparation of plates to be served for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Two years previous experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. 500 dollar sign on bonus after six month of employment with no documentation.
