- Food preparation to company standards
- Read and follow all recipes accurately
- Label and date all prepared products
- Adherence to set pars & production schedule
- Keep dish and preparation area clean, neat and safe
- Accountable to all scheduled shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Provide and receive constructive feedback
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service when assisting the Front of House operations
- Completion of daily and weekly side work as assigned
