Mortgage Operations Admin - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for two contractors for summer help during their busy season. They will be working in the Operations department along the Processors and Closers.

-Injesting files of mortgage documents
-Indexing mortgage documents
-Taking files that Loan Officers have scanned into the system and organizing them
-Working with mortgage documents such as W2s, deed of trust, paystubs, loan apps, disclosures, notes, etc
-Order verification of employment documents through their 3rd party system or employer
-Talking to people on the phone to gather information on documents
-Obtaining condo or HOA documents off a website or having to call the association to place an order
