Operator - Full-time / Part-time

They will be working with the transmission plate. This process bonds paper onto the transmission plate. They will be visually inspecting, loading into boxes, ensuring the machine isn't jammed with parts so clearing them quickly). They will be trained for a week on theses machines. They have a robot arm and are virtually 100% automated.They will be doing their own quality. They will have a sample of good and also pictures of what good looks like. At the end of the shift they will be documenting how many they found with each defect. The start of each day is with a production meeting. They will get directed to the correct machine.

They must lift up to 75 lbs repetitively. The parts are also very warm when they come out of the machine so they cannot utilize their chest to assist with the lifting.
