About this job

Our client in Seattle is looking for Entry level candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities Include:

● Order management flow from receipt to invoice
● Customer service and issue resolution with end customers
● Coordinate actions with internal departments
● Communicate with customers in all mediums including 200 emails daily and about 20 phone calls.
Looking for this person to process about 14-30 orders a day.


Qualifications:

● BA/BS in a related field of study from an accredited college or university preferred
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
● Typing at 50wpm
● Expert time management skills
● Proficient working with email systems and Microsoft Office applications
● Able to work well with a team and be driven to work independently
Any experience with Netsuite ERP is a bonus or other large ERP experience like Oracle or SAP is a bonus. Willing to train.

● Ability to work in fast paced, high stress customer service oriented environment
