My company is hiring for an Rental Coordinator with a top client in the area!

MUST HAVES:
Ability to lift 100 lbs
Previous customer service and computer skills
Strong math skills
Mechanically minded
Valid Driver's license
Ability to pass personality test

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Previous management/leadership experience
Experience in the construction or rental industry

This role is a combination of basic maintenance, labor, and customer service/administrative work. Someone from mechanical or maintenance work that is looking for a next step into a customer service role and management role.

Daily duties include:
Answering rental phone calls and working with customers, selling and scheduling rental equipment in person and over the phone

Analyzing general condition of equipment and schedule repair if needed, sending to service, wash clean, etc.

Preparing units for use, checking repaired units, checking for overall proper condition.

Analyzing general condition of equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance, setting up scheduling, and checking in and out safety instructions.

Maintain records for maintenance and checking equipment in and out.

Constantly studying, training, and upgrading rental maintenance skills and having an overall knowledge of companies and equipment in the industry.

Willing to do minor repairs

Checking status of equipment being repaired by service department and by rental department maintenance

Coordinate efforts with sales on new equipment preparation demos and complete projects done within the given time frame.

Be able to oversee the activities of and direct the performance of the rental drivers, mechanics and yard employees.

A big part of the role will be assisting in management duties while the manager is out of the office or busy.

Pay: 15-16.50/hour based on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (some Saturdays 8-12)
