Bilingual (French) Buyer Support Specialist/CSR

Strong communication skills in English is required.

The job entails handling a heavy volume of calls from both a US and worldwide customer base, multi-tasking with paperwork and customer follow-up.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- researching and analyzing customer issues and accounts

- understanding the complexities of the buyer registration process

- registering buyers

- handling a variety of complaints and guiding customers through the website and bidding process


MUST HAVE:
-Bilingual in French
-1+ years in a previous Customer Service role (Ideal: Call Center background but open to retail, service industry, waitress, waiter, cashier etc w/ strong customer service competencies)
-be open to working overtime/weekends
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook are most important as they will be utilizing Outlook heavily for email communication)


Contract-to-Hire for 5 months

$17/hour

Start Date: April 2nd
