Customer Service Agent

Job Description:

• Customer Service agents will be making outbound calls to doctors offices.
• Tier 1 agents will be calling smaller doctors office to retrieve patient medical records.
• The goal of the call is to have them send the records via email, fax, or set up an appointment for an employee to come retrieve the records.
• Will be working in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to multi-task
• 6+ months of customer service
• Looking to get into healthcare industry
