About this job

Our client is the nation's leading managed healthcare organization specializing in the management of healthcare transportation benefits. Their client base consists of state and local government agencies (Medicaid agencies, transit authorities, school boards), managed care organizations and hospitals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering and transferring calls.
  • Data entry, scheduling appointments, and general office work.
  • This is a call center environment taking an average of 70-90 calls/day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Ideal candidate: 1+ years of experience in a call center/customer service environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Full-time, long-term opportunity (they will bring you on permanently if you meet their expectations)
  • MUST take a typing assessment test and pass in order to be considered for an interview
  • MUST be open to any shift (8 hours between 6am and 6pm. For example: 6-2:30pm, 7-3:30pm, etc)
  • They're looking for candidates to start ASAP.
