Shipping / Receiving Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking Shipping/Receiving Coordinators to join our high-growth, creative organization at our facility located in Chanhassen, MN. This position will work 12-hour day (A/C: 6am - 6pm) or night (B/D: 6pm - 6am) shift, on a 2/2/3 schedule. The S/R Coordinators are responsible for the proper shipping of client finished products. Qualified candidates will have shipping and receiving experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of all shipping functions and related data collection and documentation. Follow all established procedures for product shipping, ensuring customers orders are packaged and shipped as required. Work effectively in both individual and team settings. Provide back-up for warehouse functions. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Handle other assignments, as directed.

• Primarily responsible for shipping customers products according to company procedures and specifications and/or specific customer. Wrap and prepare all pallets for shipping with proper documentation. Load trucks for delivery (and unload for receiving, when necessary).

• Ensure that products for shipping are prepared according to IWCO Direct and customer specifications. Carefully inspect before final loading for shipment.

• Maintain internal records, as needed. Enter shipping records into the Hagen system to create packing slips and BOL's. Aim for consistently high data accuracy; double-check work. Submit reports, as required.

• Keep daily logs on all forklifts, verifying they are accurate and up-to-date. Submit to manager immediately following month-end.

• Performs fork-lift inspection at the beginning of shift. Notifies Supervisor/Team Leader of any safety concerns - completes a Failure Report if necessary.

• Follow all established safety procedures and applicable regulations. Take precaution to avoid hazardous conditions. Maintain a clean shipping area; sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, waste recycling, etc. Report any safety hazards (actual and/or suspected).

• Complete cross-training to back-up warehouse and other functions, when necessary. Other assignments, as directed.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekends
