Aerotek Engineering is currently seeking a Software Developer to provide support on the ARCYBER program at Fort Belvoir, VA. The Software Developer should have experience with Department of Defense systems and with PHP, Apache, Java, OSS/J, JavaScript.
***Due to sensitive/classified nature of work, must have AT LEAST and ACTIVE SECRET Clearance to be eligible!
* Software Testing
* TrueTrack/True Change - Configuration and Data management Software Tracking Tool
* Remedy-BMC
* Oracle Certified Expert, Java EE 6 Persistence API Developer
* Palantir (network analysis software) - Preferred
* Write, modify, and debug web and service-oriented architecture (SOA) applications
* Design and develop critical components of the solution, including but not limited to, custom data adapters, application interfaces, and security layers
* Create custom data parsers for import and export of data resources in various formats
* Create Use Case Analysis Unified Modeling Language (UML) designs based on documented system requirements
* Work closely with Systems Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Data Architect, Integrator, and Technical Lead in support of the design and development of technologies to support integration needs with external and internal systems
* Employ best practices for design, development, unit testing and test plan development; actively participate in acceptance testing
* Participate in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint demos
