*HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Face to Face Customer Service!*

Aerotek is hiring for one of their large industrial companies in Commerce City, Colorado. These face-to-face customer service positions are full time with 4 week days from 8am to 5pm and a Saturday shift from 9am-3pm. The starting pay is anywhere from $16 to $18/hr.

Job Responsibilities of the Showroom Consultant

• Managing sample room - tracking inventory of samples, re-orders, write labels and keep sample room organized, keeping showroom presentable for walk-in customers.
• Greet all customers when they walk in and assist them as they walk through the showroom to direct them to the right. sections, and then assist to help them find the types of tile they're looking for.
• Not a full service design center, so it's just helping them find the tile in the showroom.
• Asking questions: what colors do you like, what's your style (contemporary / traditional) - help guide them to the types of tile they're really looking for.

Job Responsibilities for the Slab Customer Service Agent

• Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service.
• Answer questions that arise during sales presentations.
• Know how to research questions that they don't have the answer to, and follow up with customers to provide the answer.
• Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel.
• Answer phone calls and know how to use the phone system, faxes and emails to resolve problems and answer questions.
• Talk to customer internally and externally
• enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into their system
• Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means

Job Qualifications for both roles:

• Comfortable with Microsoft office, and have basic math skills for selling an doing discounts on product.
• Must be comfortable and outgoing to work in a face to face customer service setting.
• At least 1 yr experience in a customer-facing role, like retail setting.
• Any sort of home improvement is ideal (home depot / lowes, another tile store)
• Some sort of sales understanding: retail sales, contractor coordination - anything where they understand building relationships and understanding customer needs
