Fab Operator Back Half Day Shift

A local semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking qualified candidates to perform machine operation in a cleanroom environment. They specialize in wafer production and have shifted processes from a Fabless model to a Fablite model which has enhanced their ability to innovate products and respond to the market's needs.

• Production workers must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions.
• Must complete work with accuracy and efficiency at a fast pace and work well independently and in teams.
• Workers must be safety oriented and able to stay focused and on task.
• Operating a variety of tools in the fab making the wafers. Departments can include areas such as ETCH, Photo, Thin Film, Diffusion/Implant, Fab Finish, Etc.
• These positions will require a lot of multitasking across a variety of machines.
• These are not "stand here and just push a button here and there" roles. They will be required to move around, help others on the line, operate multiple machines simultaneously, and will be in an active job.
• Work environment is a very clean manufacturing facility, will wear bunny suit and smock.

Shifts:

Shift C, Day: Thursday - Sunday: 6:15am - 6:45pm plus every other Wednesday
