Currently seeking motivated Sales Representatives looking for a large company to grow with!
Outbound Sales Responsibilities:
- You'll spend your time making outbound calls explaining policy coverage and guidelines, answering billing questions, processing payments, and handling policy cancellations and reinstatement's
- Meeting monthly metrics and goals established by management
- Full benefits package that will start on your FIRST day of employment
- Avg monthly commission: $2,500-$3,500!
Sales Qualifications:
- The ability to handle high volume call center customer service atmosphere
- Call center and insurance exp
- Bilingual preferred
- The ability to provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and fulfilling the request
- Excellent computer skills (essential)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service exp
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
Base + commission, first year sales make an average of $55k-$65k/year!
