Currently seeking experience call center representatives
Pay: 15.00
Training: Monday-Friday 1st shift
Regular shift schedule: 7 am - 10 pm (8 hour shifts) open to OT and weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be working in an inbound call center taking a high volume of calls
- All of the calls they will be taking will be from individuals with health care insurance they will have questions about their specific coverage's, doctors in the program, co-pays, & other general customer service questions.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of previous call center
- Able to type 35 WPM+
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Health care/insurance experience is preferred
- High School Diploma/ GED completed
