Cleanroom Production Operator (EPI)

This Production Operator position takes place in a highly automated cleanroom environment, having to wear full PPE hooded cleanroom suit with hairnet, safety glasses, face mask, and latex gloves.

Duties involve operating between 4-6 machines at a time with a strong attention to detail and utilizing time management and multitasking skills, monitoring machine progress with multiple machines being at different stages of the process.

It is routinely required to lift and manipulate 25 lb. boxes of material throughout the day, loading and unloading the machinery.

Must be able to stand or be walking for extended periods of time and able to work a 12-hour shift. There is no sitting in this job, and a high sense of urgency is a must to keep machines running efficiently.

Basic math and computer skills are also necessary, including being able to read and analyze data output on various computer screens, along with general proficiency with email and Microsoft Excel.

Must be organized, willing and ready to learn and be trained, and able to work well with others as part of a team.

This will be a 12-hour Night Shift, 6pm to 6am on a compressed workweek schedule, with required work every other weekend and overtime as needed. Initial training period may take place on a day shift however. Ideal candidates will be flexible to work any shift.
