Construction Project Manager/Fixture Installation/TI - Full-time / Part-time

The PM will provide management oversight to all phases of construction projects, including coordinating, planning, and daily execution of all plans. They will manage Sub contractors, installers, Vendors, materials and equipment to ensure schedules are met on time and within budget.

-Read blue prints from Site surveys
-Manage Take off Processes
-Manage clients expectations

This is a midsize organization that does work throughout the country. They person will work in a project team with 2 other Asst. PMs. You will manage the day to day and up wards of 5-8 client's projects. You are responsible for commitment and follow through with clients.

Candidates should have either a Bachelors Degree in construction Management and 4-7 year of experience working in construction PM role. ability to read a blue print is important. must have 4 years of Microsoft Project Skills

Candidates will be responsible for managing both relationships and projects throughout the day. Workload will be anywhere from 5-8 projects a week/day. You will be measured on those projects timely completion, budgets, and final sign off.

Previous hires in this role come from Residential construction as well as Commercial GC work. Strong commitment to project completion and relationship. Strong organization skills as well.
