Aerotek is looking for a Business Development manager.

This sales person will be tasked with going out to build, break and maintain new/existing clients focused on solutions/services sales

Cold Calling
Meetings

Must excel in these areas:
Ability to demonstrate value in the sell
Ability to discover areas of opportunity and improvement
Ability to develop and maintain strong organization/business objectives
Maintain a strong analytical mind/background
Understand the buying climate/client needs/the correct managers to contact

collaborates with multiple business units to provide program support.
will also identify opportunities to improve service quality, reduce operating expense, and increase revenue streams within the portfolio through client discovery, development of a value proposition, articulation of solution benefits and client negotiation.
should be skilled in project management tools and techniques and capable of leading global cross-functional teams to accomplish various client objectives.

Will be traveling 10-15% of the time to client sites

Will also be communicating with internal depts. to coordinate needs of the client

This is a long sales cycle---Can take 6 mos.- 2yrs to close deal
