Collections Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

Individual will be placing 150-200 calls a day that will be direct to consumer for first party collections. Individuals in this role will use a dialer system as well as internal computer programs while toggling between different screens, making outbound calls, and updating spreadsheets. This is a team environment, however there are metrics in place on the three different tiers of collections on which individuals will be ranked.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform 200 outbound calls a day based on que of customer accounts.
• Maintain performance expectations consistently
• Toggle between dual monitors to navigate account information while collecting overdue payments
• Successfully close on past due amounts to ensure metrics are being hit

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MINIMUM of 1 year collections experience
• Strong computer knowledge, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel

Shifts:

• 2 Week Training: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• After Training: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with two days of a 12:00pm-9:00pm shift
