Searching for Injection Mold Setup Tech!!!
Shift: 3rd
Pay: 18.75
* Know the function of and be able to operate all molds and injection molding machines.
* Set molds, start up machines, and adjust and make minor repairs to machines to insure maximum productivity.
* Have a thorough understanding of molds and the damage which can occur from improper handling.
* Know the function of and be able to adjust, process and make minor repairs to any other related or similar equipment or machine in ATR. This includes auxiliary equipment such as foaming equipment and robotic part picking machines, spin welding equipment etc..
* Use gages and other measuring devices and make machine adjustments in order to insure quality parts.
* Make changes or modifications to new or existing equipment.
* Read and understand engineering drawings pertaining to plastic parts.
* Responsible for performing maintenance on molds.
* Will supply hand tools as required by the job.
* Responsible for accurate counts of production and other records as required.
* Use of QAD MRP software and Mattec production monitoring software
* Use of CMMS software for maintenance support (work orders).
* Reports directly to the foreman of the department. Is responsible to him for the accurate and efficient performance of his duties
* May be assigned to other similar or related duties as required.
* Responsible for the observance or safety rules and regulations and the housekeeping of the work area.
* Organization and 5S responsibilities to improve product flow and inventory tracking.
