The HR associate role is a slight step below an HR Generalist.

This position is responsible for providing high level service to the HR team and corresponding client groups. The Senior HR Associate performs a full range of non-routine and complex clerical and administrative duties. This position will report directly into the HR Director that supports the Finance, Controllership, Information Technology and Indirect Procurement teams.

Responsibilities
* Serve as first point-of-contact for day-to-day questions regarding HR policies, and escalate complex inquires to HR Director as needed
* Possess strong knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices required for answering colleague and supervisor questions
* Conducts the onboarding activities for new colleagues
* Uses tact and judgment in contact with internal and external colleagues of all levels
* Maintain accurate data entry of colleague records into the HRIS software (SuccessFactors)
* Collaborates with Senior HR Associates from other locations to promote efficiency and information sharing
* Provides support for important meetings and annual processes such as: Talent Review and Succession Planning, Year-End Appraisals, etc.
* Delivers training to colleagues
* Format and produce various correspondence, forms, reports, presentations, etc. with speed and accuracy, following company procedures. Gathers and analyzes company-wide information for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
* Drafts materials for quarterly town hall meetings
* Maintains strict confidentiality with respect to sensitive issues, records, reports and other related items
* Troubleshoots and resolve various colleague issues

*Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Working knowledge of HRIS programs
