Our client, a Door manufacturing company in the Everett area, is currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can assist with finding individuals for their production floor, as they continue to grow in the Everett market.
Job Description:
The primary function of this role will be the recruiting duties, helping find a high volume of production oriented candidates. This role will require someone who is comfortable running with the entire recruitment process including screening and onboarding. This role will be ~70% recruiting initially, and 30% HR Generalist duties. As waves of manufacturing candidates get through the door, the recruiting workload will decrease dramatically.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or higher.
- Candidates must be comfortable with recruiting on a high volume of openings (roughly 35-40 positions by years end).
- Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (minimum) in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Candidates who have their PHR/SPHR certification are preferred.
- Candidates who have previously used an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are highly preferred.
