Mixing/Blending Operator

This person will be moving back and forth between 2 roles. There is no pre determined amount of time the contractor will spend in each role hence why they must be open to both.

POWDER ROOM. In this role the candidate will produce a powder that acts as a corrosion prohibiter while maintaining a safe and friendly work environment. The candidate will clean machinery, produce product according to ISO procedures, perform powder blending (machine operation), mix chemicals, dry powders and transfer chemicals while maintaining records. May need to weigh product on scales. The bags are 50 lbs, needs to be open to lifting bags consistently throughout the day.

LIQUID ROOM. In this role the contractor will fill 55 gallon drums w/ a hose of the corrosion solution in a controlled room as well as do packaging. If the candidate does not have previous forklift experience they will be trained on one. This person also may fill a hopper with bags of material. THIS IS LABOR INTENSIVE. At times they will be required to wear a mask, gloves and eye protection.
