Details:

• 1st shift M-F 7am-3pm limited OT
• 3 month contract to hire
• Starting wage $13

MUST HAVES:

1. Assembly experience
2. Hand and power tool knowledge
3. Ability to learn Company processes (Attention to detail)
4. Blueprint experience major plus


Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Perform repetitive line assembly operations to produce product
* Will assemble products together by hand or using hand tools or portable power tools.
* Troubleshoot production line hand tools.
* Perform equipment change-overs.
* Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
* Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
* Complete daily production logs and maintain accurate documentation.
* Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery. .
* Clean and maintain work area.
* Provide on-the-job training to new employees when needed
* Order raw materials. Maintain material supply adhering to just in time manufacturing principles.
* Other duties as assigned.
