Currently seeking an Intake Coordinator for a Virginia Beach Law Firm:
-Greeting guests as they arrive
-Set up appointments for client and potential clients that call in
-Review documents and some redaction
-Entering client's PII information into their computer system
-Triaging issues as they arise - can this wait? Do we need to grab an attorney now? Or can we make an appointment?
-Cross training with others because it is a smaller office environment
