Construction Firm on Long Island is seeking an experience Superintendent. From a market standpoint these clients have expressed an interest in experienced Construction Superintendents (General/Site), to manage some of their larger projects.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in the follow:
- Scheduling
- Coordinating and selecting sub-contractors
- Light estimating
- Reviewing all construction documentation
