One of Charleston's Top Civil Site Contractors is IMMEDIATELY hiring a Project Manager to assist their team with commercial sitework projects in Charleston, SC. This client is offering a competitive salary, extensive health benefits and a potential relocation bonus on a case-by-case basis.
Job Description:
- Manage the profitable completion of construction project assigned to him/her
- Track production and complete paperwork daily
- Create and maintain job schedule
- Order crew, trucks, materials and subcontractors for your job with aid from General Superintendent
- Relay production goals to crew and hold them accountable to meet them
- Work closely with General Superintendent
- Follow company policy and procedures
Job Qualifications:
- 3-15 years experience managing site development projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 Scheduling Software, B2W, ViewPoint and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to run multiple projects is a plus and will result in higher salary.
