General Production Worker Molding - Full-time / Part-time

The production workers will be responsible for keep production quotas on each press. Depending on what press you are one, you will have a certain quota to hit per shift. (ex: Press 1=500 parts, Press 6= 740 parts, etc.) There is a total of 10 presses. Each candidate will be adequately trained by the trainers on each shift. There is a total of 3 trainers on each shift that will shadow everyone at their station until they feel they are up to speed. QUALITY is number one at Flex-N-Gate so candidates need to be alert and able to hit production.

The parts are at a most 5 pounds so there is no heavy lifting required, but candidates must be able to stand on their feet for 8 hours a day.

Candidates will be working 5-7 days a week. Its is voluntary OT. you are able to Volunteer on Thursday. They will know Thursday at 10am if they are working OT. Typically they have been working around 5-6 days a week and some 7's.

1st: 6:00am-2:00pm
2nd: 2:00pm-10:00pm
3rd: 10:00pm-6:00am
