About this job
Provides clerical and administrative support to the Employer Accounting department. Distributes and files correspondence sent to the inbox and supports team members by coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining the department calendar. Responsible for tracking and mailing department correspondence, maintaining the department filing system, managing document storage and retrieval requests, and organizing compliance audit and account reconciliation materials. Prepares and submits withdrawal liability requests, payment confirmation and withdrawal liability letters, and monthly receivable discrepancy letters. Updates and assists with the distribution of information and instruction materials to team members and coordinates the monthly supply order. Prepares materials for arbitration hearings, maintains the trust agreement inventory, prepares arbitration packets, and completes data entry projects as assigned.
