Assembly Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assembly Mechanics will be performing the final assembly of the landing gears. will be required to work off blueprints and maintenance manuals to make sure everything is being put together properly and in compliance with FAA standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A&P License
• 2+ years turning wrenches in the Aviation industry OR entry level out of A&P school.
• ability to read and apply maintenance manual procedures
  Must be able to pick up the procedures that are specific to their standards.
• Must have the willingness to learn and must have positive attitude everyday
• Must have own tools
• Experience assembling aircraft landing gear
• Experience on Narrow and Wide bodied aircraft

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Facility is all indoors and climate controlled. Very large warehouse set up. They have all the departments for landing gear in the same building. more of a family type of environment. They have a lot of people that have been there for a long time.

Shift Times:
Second Shift: M-F 3:00PM to 11:30PM

Weekend Shift:
Fri:12-10:30pm
Sat & Sun: 8-6:30pm
Mon: 12-10:30pm
