Aerotek is currently hiring for production openings for a Tier 1 Supplier in Southfield for a 90 day contract to hire, permanent position.
Shift time is from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday with Overtime on the weekends. Working the weekend will be forecasted on Wednesday by the production management, every employee will know by Friday at noon the latest if they will be required to work the weekend.
Pay is $11.00 an hour weekly pay, overtime after 40 hours. When hired in at 90 days, company has completely free, no out of pocket cost medical benefits (BlueCross).
The openings are for a general production worker. They will be working on the screen print line moving around from sorting parts and checking for quality, to operating a automated machine that prints ink film onto the parts, or to a packaging position. Candidates have to be open to moving around as needed and will be cross trained.
Qualifications:
- Must have recent production experience
- Machine operation experience
- Ability to lift
- High attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable passing a drug screen and standard 7 year background check and MUST have reliable transportation.
Extremely clean facility that is climate controlled.
Will be working in a fast paced automotive environment
