Design Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a Distribution Design Technician for a long term opportunity with a reputable engineering firm supporting utility scale projects. This position will be supporting the Distribution group at a large utility in the North Carolina area.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience:

• Associates degree in drafting or Associates in Engineering Technology is required
• Experience Reading blueprints
• AutoCAD background/electrical knowledge
• Desire to take on distribution utility work
• Construction/field experience is preferred
• 0-3 years of AutoCAD drafting and design experience (can be through schooling)
