About this job
Duties
- Take inbound customer service calls
- Go through a series of questions and fill in details regarding accident
- Follow procedures exactly so to ensure a smooth process for adjusters and customers
- Provide assistance when customers call in with other quotes or concerns pertaining to claims
- Occasionally perform outbound calls to follow up from voice mails
- Enter all reported details of the claim into database system
MUST HAVES:
1+ years exp in customer service (Call center strongly preferred)
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
General navigation and editing skills within Word & Excel
Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills
PLUS HAVES:
Auto insurance knowledge
