Engineering Manager / CAD Manager

Aerotek is currently hiring an Engineering Manager or CAD Manager for our engineering team in Fairfax, VA. This is a Direct Placement for full time employment.

Our team is currently growing as we support major private and government projects across the state of Virginia. We are looking for a talented and professional Engineering/CAD Manager to oversee the office operations, coordinate between clients, manage schedules, verify design plans and work with production designers to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience managing a team of engineers or CAD designers
• Experience communicating directly with clients
• Experience designing utility or land development projects
• EIT preferred
• PE preferred
