Batch Maker

Manufactures coatings and Adhesives, Elastomeric Roof Coatings, Industrial Cutbacks and Coatings (Highway & Roofing),

Operating mixers, pumps and various equipment used in production area
Put together formulas per instructions set forth with basic knowledge of technology
Manufacture batches and maintain proper use of production equipment. Ensure inventory accuracy in accordance to established policies.
Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities
Assist in packaging finished batches and bulk loading finished batches.
Cleaning mixers, pumps, hoses, tanks, and work area per assignment
Offload bulk materials as delivered
Operating forklift safely and properly, move material from point A to point B load and unload trucks. Safe handling of hazardous (flammable) materials
Clean Production area and equipment when assigned, ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and work area meets all requirements for housekeeping..
While performing the duties of this job, it is required to stand, walk; must be able to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds

Shift 7am-3:30pm OT until 5pm and Saturday mornings
