Senior Manufacturing Lead Investigator - Full-time / Part-time

*Primary Duties:

• Working with MFG supervisors, leads, support team, and multiple shift operations within manufacturing department. Responsible for safe working conditions, GMP operations, quality and production goals and upholding standards.
• Interprets manufacturing policies, procedures and programs. Interfaces with site departments to for alignment on production priorities.
• Proactively finding GMP gaps, responding to audit observations and implementing continuous improvements.
• Work closely with site trainer to create robust technical training for on boarding new employees.
• Ensure the manufacturing processes occur per schedule by identifying risks, putting mitigation in place. Interface with other departments such as facilities, QC and warehouse for scheduling, projects and issues.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure MFG processes occur successfully right the first time.

Experience Requirements: Bachelor's in Science or a related discipline with 5 years of industry experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech Minimum of 3 years related experience in the manufacturing of biologics, pharmaceuticals or devices preferred Previous technical writing experience preferred

Key Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate high-level of professional and business judgment when communicating with cross-functional teams and others at all levels of the organization Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with more advanced business applications a plus (including but not limited to TrackWise and SAP)
