Job Description: A member of the North America Customer Support Center, which is responsible for providing exemplary client support and technical issue resolution via phone, remote access, and email. Customer Support Center provides 24x7 technical support for all products. The ideal candidate will be a team player with passion, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a sense of urgency to resolve issues as they arise. General responsibilities include handling inbound calls for customer microbiological technical issues. Work Environment: Office Environment

M-F 8-5
Qualifications: Knowledge of basic biology / microbiology principles

2 years relevant experience working in a Customer Support Center handling incoming and complex customer support calls and proactive monitoring of technical issues
Performance Expectations: Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24x7 technical support

Provide exemplary client support and technical issue resolution via phone, remote access, and email

Proactive monitoring of system failures via remote services and respond to reported failures

Maintain strong knowledge on supported products

Serve as the liaison and expert on technical matters

Meet performance objectives in call quality, customer satisfaction surveys, and call handling

Provide timely follow up on outstanding client issues
Effectively communicate and interact with staff assigned to assist in resolving client issues

Facilitate general web-based sessions to aid customers in implementing and troubleshooting solutions
