CNC Machinist

We are seeking Mill machinist to grow their 1st and 2nd shift.

Job responsibilities:

Candidates will be doing their own setups, working with tight tolerances and using quality inspection tools (mic's and cal's). Tolerances of plus or minus .0005 inches or less are typical.

Candidates will be mainly working on a Haas and a Mori-Seiki Mill, you may also be working on a Makino Mill.

Candidates must be able perform difficult setups and read a blueprint based on geometric tolerances. The Haas Mill will have a Haas control and the Mori has Fanuc controls. Runs are typically short but there are some runs with a longer cycle time. Could be doing 2 or more setups in a day.

Must haves:

• 2+ years of CNC experience
• Must be able to read blueprint/schematics and finish parts from start to finish
• No programming necessary but must be able to perform edits at the machine
• Must be able to inspect own parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Must have GDT experience

Work environment:

We manufacture parts for the Aerospace, Military, and Medical industry - the parts can be very small to very large.

It is a clean work environment; temperature controlled, well-lit and is a family culture feel.
