I.T. Analyst - Manufacturing Environment - West El Paso, TX
Job Description:
* Provide support to production systems, hardware, and LAN/WIFI devices that support manufacturing across 2 facilities
* Support of end users that utilize both desktop and laptop computers
* Analyze and help develop system processes and/or interfaces around manufacturing processes
* Provide technical support to all cross functional departments and support groups
* Manage internal projects and work with external vendors in providing turnkey solutions for the business
* Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, attend meetings, and provide reports to upper management as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Information Technology or related
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Must be able to have flexibility as work schedule may include weekends
- Must have experience in Windows OS and Wireless LAN networks
- Must know proficient Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Experience in using SAP
- Experience in troubleshooting Zebra Printers and RF devices is a plus
- CompTia A+ and CompTia Network+ Certification is a plus
