About this job

Local company in the downtown area looking to hire for customer service and call center representatives!! There are 18 spots open and they are looking to interview next week. Please see job duties and expectations below. If you think you are qualified, please apply ASAP!

* Develops understanding (through training) of utility terminology and units of measure, weather related usage patterns, market related changes and internal audit process to analyze daily utility bills
* Maintain professional relationships over the phone and in person with teammates and clients
* Billing issue resolution utilizing email and telephone and help with cost savings
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Organize, prioritize, and use time management tools to ensure proper follow-up is completed

MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT WORD PRODUCTS: OUTLOOK, EXCEL AND WORD. AS WELL AS TYPING 30 WPM.
