Machine Operator

Verify correct weights are taken and procedures are followed for FDA guidelines
Clean and sanitize compounding equipment - must use the CIP system (Cleaning in Place)
Complete sanitation logbook
will have to follow GMP's, OSHa, FDA, SOP's
will have to go in warehouse to get barrels with ingredients and bring to compounding dpt using a pallet jack

Will be lifting up to 55 pounds throughout shift
will be weighing ingredients for compounders and preparing batches to be made
Fill and sets up products to be used in production
Enter any data in computer
Will have to document eveything and verify everything that the compounders have entered
3 Must haves:
1 year compounding/sanitizing exp in a pharm, personal care or chemical env
GMP background needed
Must be computer literate and have good math skills - metric system conversions and fraction/decimal conversions
