- Job Title: Customer Service Agent
- Placement Type: 3 month Contract to Hire
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: M-F 7am-330pm
- Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour
Job Description:
- Outreach agents will be making outbound calls to doctors offices.
- Tier 1 agents will be calling smaller doctors office to retrieve patient medical records.
- The goal of the call is to have them send the records via email, fax, or set up an appointment for an employee to come retrieve the records.
- Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
