Customer Service Agent - Full-time / Part-time

Entry Level Customer Service Role starting in April!

My company is currently partnering with a leading client in the fraud detection department for customer service agents.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to detect suspicious account activity
• Trust to work with sensitive account information
• Research and solve any activities not completed by account owners

Job Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 6 months experience of cash handling- (i.e restaurant, fast food, retail, or grocery store)
• Must be comfortable working on a computer at a desk daily
