Fraud Prevention Specialist

Seeking a fraud prevention specialist and customer service associate! This person will work on a team with other fraud prevention associates, in a fast paced, customer service environment. The hours for this position vary including four 10 hour shifts, second shift (hours between 11 am and 11 pm) and some first shift opportunities (hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm). In some circumstances a weekend day may be required.

On a daily basis, fraud prevention specialists, will take inbound calls from customers regarding potential fraudulent activity on their accounts. They may also make outbound calls to alert a customer of potential fraudulent activity. They will notate important information in internal systems and will also be required to meet daily goals.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 1 year of customer service experience, 1 year of computer experience (Microsoft Office) and 1 year of cash handling experience. High school diploma is required and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
