Main Responsibilities
Perform asbestos inspections in the field
Act as project manager during inspections including
-give instruction to other inspectors
-manage client relationships
-coordinate scheduling
After inspections, come back to office and write report documenting findings
Assist in training junior staff members
This role will be about 60% field and 40% office
MUST HAVE
Asbestos Inspector License AND/OR
Asbestos Project Manager License
At least five years of experience working in this industry
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to perform asbestos inspections
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with mold
Experience working with lead-based paint
