Looking for administrative assistants to join our thriving team!

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30-5pm

Job Duties:
Data entry in excel, walk in customers, upwards of 20 in a day, who are coming in for a will call pick up and have already paid and been invoiced. Will collect paperwork and signatures of receipt. 90% of the invoicing is done by this person, processing up to 200 a day. will pull paperwork and match PO to invoices. File invoices, sales reports and request forms.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:
-AP/AR- 1 year experience with invoicing - know how to read an invoice and a PO
- min. 1 year as csr or admin
