Truck Sales & Leasing Consultant

Looking for an inside sales representative for a transportation/logistics company on the east side of Indianapolis!

This person is responsible for selling fleet and bundling services by making outbound cold calls to qualified leads. This position will be solutions based selling so a lot of it is about developing a relationship and getting in front of the decision maker.

Job Duties:

• Independently generate sales revenue
• Hand full-cycle sales process and obtain quota for assigned territory
• Manage the utilization, revenue and expenses of assigned fleet
• Prioritize carrier needs and available asset inventory maintain a proper and efficient time frame to provide customers with equipment
• Negotiate trade terms including financing and various specifications on repairs needed to meet DOT
• Verify compliance of all insurance documents
• Participate in regular sales meetings, work with management on goals and forecasting
  
  

Requirements:

• Industry experience in logistics or transportation or knowledge of trucks/trailers/freight/fleet
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Highly motivated to achieve goals
• Good computer knowledge and tech-savvy
