Cleaning Techs/Maintenance

Candidates will be working to refurbish construction trailers, providing janitorial and re-furbishing support of used trailers.
Trailers are being returned from mainly construction sites, and are cleaned inside and out to make new again for additional customers to rent

Candidates are responsible for cleaning walls, floors, bathrooms etc.
Candidates will be expected to pull toilets (will be trained) and minor plumbing tasks that they will be trained in
Candidates must be able to work in trailers that do not have AC or heat when they aren't generating power, therefore they have to be familiar with working in that type of environment

Candidate must not be afraid to get their hands dirty and learn all new tasks to include minor wire replacement, climbing ladders and stair cases if needed, working on their feet and on their hands and knees as the trailers are cleaned etc.

Candidates must be okay working with water and cleaning detergents to disinfect trailers
